You will be responsible for developing and executing demand generation programs and campaigns that drive new sales leads to Z Corp.’s products and services. You will develop integrated marketing programs to drive new inquiry acquisition, high response rates and quality opportunity conversions. You will also focus on programs to penetrate Z Corp.’s installed base and nurture its existing database of prospects. Strong copywriting and communications skills are essential. You must be a creative, passionate, detail-oriented and a team-player.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy and tactics for the company’s direct marketing programs, including planning the scope of campaigns, developing content, execution and measurement.
• Manage all outbound direct response activities, including: e-mail marketing, online marketing, paid search programs, direct mail, list management and procurement, and viral campaigns.
• Develop program plan documents that articulate program objectives, target audience, key message, program sequencing, metrics and call to action details.
• Refine business processes to minimize cost per lead and increase lead conversion.
• Build mechanisms to measure lead quality, automate responses, and route leads to appropriate sales resources
• Develop and maintain metrics reports of all lead generation programs, analyzing the key components of each campaign, including lists, offers, messaging and creative. Track all campaigns via marketing and sales automation tools.
• Build program templates to facilitate COOP channel marketing

Requirements

• >5 years direct marketing experience driving/owning strategies and plans, measuring and reporting success.
• Online direct marketing experience required
• B to B marketing experience preferred, technology marketing a plus.
• Excellent writing and graphic design skills.
• Ability to manage, prioritize, multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
